Subscribe to the Pacific Citizen
Celebrating its 81st anniversary this year, the Pacific Citizen is an award-winning Asian Pacific American        semi-monthly newspaper with a distribution of 30,000 throughout the United States and Japan. Its popular Web site averages over 500,000 hits per month.

Published by the JACL, the nation's oldest and largest APA civil rights organization, the Pacific Citizen is committed to delivering the most incisive coverage of important APA stories that are often ignored by other media outlets.

The newspaper is published on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month except once in January and December. Your subscription to the Pacific Citizen covers 26 issues, including the 120-page Holiday Issue spectacular. A one-year subscription is $40. International postage for Canada and Mexico is $55 and to Japan and overseas is $60 (prices subject to change).

To subscribe, click on the PayPal button, which will redirect you to the automated system. Your first newspaper should arrive within two weeks of activation.

If you become a member of the Japanese American Citizens League, part of your membership dues will pay for a subscription to the Pacific CItizen newspaper, both online and in print. An individual membership is $60. A couple/family membership is $105. A student membership is $25. To become a member: www.jacl.org.


Single Copies of the Pacific Citizen

The Pacific Citizen also has single copies of the newspaper available for purchase. When requesting a particular issue, please have the date of issue handy.

Our inventory of single issues is limited to the last two years and to the amount on hand. Some issues have sold out.

To purchase a single issue, please provide the date of issue, number of copies requested and billing address and email them to circulation@pacificcitizen.org. The circulation department will contact you regarding payment.
