The National Youth/Student Council of the Japanese American Citizens League will be holding a youth summit in conjunction with the Midwest District Council district meeting on Sat., March 10 at the Hyatt Place Milwaukee Airport. The event is titled “2018 and Beyond: The Future of Japanese America & Midwest API identity.”
While this conference is hosted by the Japanese American Citizens League, it is open to all interested young persons, in recognition of the diversity of the JA community.
This free event requires preregistration by Feb. 22. Limited housing is available for out-of-town attenders. Also, regarding transportation, carpooling and other resources are available. Contact Eric Langowski via email at erhlango@gmail.com.
